Windows customisation

Instead of doing something productive today, like studying, or cleaning, I spent a fair amount of time customising various aspects of my desktop and browser. I downloaded some dark userstyles for various sites that I frequent, and some Windows 7 themes (I finally settled on Vienna... for now).

Anyway, while I'd normally settle with a standard custom start orb, I came across this program: Windows 7 Start Button Animator. Looks fun huh? :D

This is what I decided to do, using the battle animation for Mew from GSC. It's pretty cute, and tempts me to replace all my taskbar icons with Pokémon, haha.

The only downsides to the program are that it uses SO MUCH RAM (~18,000 K :P) while running constantly in the background, and I think it's responsible for moving my WLM toast notifcations to the top left, haha. This means I probably won't use it regularly, but if I ever get bothered to make a Pokémon icon theme, it'll definitely be incorporated.

edit: damn, I edited my blog layout as well. Source of header image: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=10376535

Well yeah, either that or Vulpix. The rest are a bit more difficult though, and even then I'd have to choose which generation sprites I want to use, haha.
