PC losing it's touch?

For me, personally, I feel like PC is losing the things that I found were the most important and actually kept me coming here for so long.
Firstly, my forum of choice is Graphics and Photography, and for the very few of you who have been in there over the last like month or two, it is so dead, that there are nearly no new threads cropping up, and comments are ridiculously rare...
Lastly, it seems all the people I have actually forged a decent relationship with here has left, temporarily or not, they are all gone at the same time. Some with excuses, others without.
When I open PokeCommunity for the first time each day, I am always looking forward to seeing if I have notifications, and seeing if Graphics and Photography has anything for me to comment on, or a comment for me. Nowadays, I've been coming to find neither.
I don't feel like a break is what I need, but seriously, PC just is going through a serious down patch for me which I truly believe will end eventually, just seems like it's been forever... Just wanted to vent.

Well, Black and White is pretty active at the moment (it was kinda inactive for a period omg), so you can hang out in that section until G&P gets more active. :3

I just made some icons and such. Was considering opening a Gallery...even though they're not very good. :( I'd like to improve.
Buuuut, I do see what you mean. I have met some very important people here at PC, but only about 2 are still left. And it's not that everyone else I'm friends with is any less important, it's just...I mean, the people I've had the best relationships with seem to be gone. I think the art section in general is mostly dead. It's kinda sad. :| The talented artists move to somewhere they can get more critique and the newbies don't try to get better. We've still got some people in in the middle and really talented artists, but they've usually got other work so they can't lend themselves to be giving in the community. Either way no one really gets useful comments.
Though yeah, it's true that I guess what you originally came for gets lackluster after awhile. (Though I came here for WiFi, but I already moved out of that.) It loses it's intensity.Posted February 9th, 2011 at 05:06 PM by Lornami
