Gah, I am having a panic attack

I am planning on coming out soon, within the next week. But I am so scared to do it. I know they will eventually find out, and more than likely they already suspect. I am so scared though, I don't think anything bad will happen though.
Ah, I am so nervous. >: Especially for my dad's reaction, he freaked out on my step sister when she told him. What is he going to do to me? He has a temper, and he's not the most understanding of people. I am so scared! ;_;
