Oh lordy i dun found me a new faith!

yea... not really.
It was just an interesting title.
Anyway, onto the main point. On my walk home from college today i bumped into a pair of mormons. I'm still not sure what mormons do as such but from these people i'm guessing that they go around and try to spread the joys of jesus and so on, and i'm cool with that and everything. But these particular people were so pushy it was unbelievable! yes i understand that you think that the lord is all you need and i'm cool with that, i can tell by the beaming smiles on your face that that is making you happy. But please don't try and force that onto me.
I don't really mind if you stand on a street corner or something and say what you have to say to the world but why the need to be so pushy and determined to get me to join?
These people didn't force me against my will to stay there but they just kept on talking and talking and talking even after about 5 times of me saying i really had to be somewhere, which i did as it was getting towards 5PM :O Yea it's good and all that your trying to spread the thing that makes you happy so that other will be happy but you really need to understand that some people just aren't into the whole religion thing.
I just realised that this is kinda in a letter format but yea i couldn't think of any other way to get it down. but i think you get the jist of what i was trying to say.
Oh, and could i just make if clear. I'm not saying it was wrong what they did, i'm cool with people trying to spread happiness. But people are happy through different things.
I think i just summed up that whole junk of writing in a few sentences -.-

oh yeah, mormon missionaries. in order to become a mormon they have to go on a mission and go door to door and try to convert you/explain what mormonism is. it is really annoying when they KNOW you clearly aren't interested but keep talking anyway.Posted April 20th, 2011 at 12:55 AM by Kyoko
