SHAMELESS SELF-ADVERTISING
So, if you like electronic dancey music, check this link out:
I've had it as my usertitle for quite a while now, but.. well, I could do with using my blog a bit more often, haha.
That's my soundcloud. I've been playing music (piano) since I was about... five? Five. And for about four years now, I've been producing music electronically. I can play a bit of guitar/ukulele too, but that's not what I'mma talk about right naow. I still have a long way to go, but I love doing it and I'm still improving as time passes (so at least I know that much, even if I'm not as good as I'd like to be right now). I absolutely love producers like Deadmau5, Skrillex, Nero (though they might count as a band), Pendulum (sob), Madeon, Zedd, and many more. With that said, I don't strictly like electronic music, but I'd have to say it's definitely my favourite kind.
As a little side note, I also make some music to be used in ROM Hacks (about the only thing I can do in terms of hacking, lol, and I can't even INSERT songs into a ROM xD). If you've played Pokemon Sienna by Manipulation, you'll have heard some songs made by me. Only a few, but still. :P
A bit of a problem I've had, however, is getting listens. Overall I'm quite happy, but... the more people listen, the more feedback I get, the more I learn, and the more I improve. I've got a facebook page going and all, but I HATE the people who message you directly, acting like they're complimenting you when they're really just advertising for themselves or someone else (if you're a soundclouder and notice this, how much does it tick you off? >:c ) So if you know someone who likes electronic music (the likes of deadmau5 and so on), then please feel free to show them that link, or whatever, and.. yeah. :)
So yeah, that concludes this.. advertisement. :3 Assuming I'm not banned/fired (lol :P), I hope you enjoy the music, and stuff! :P
