Happy Metroid Day!

Posted August 6th, 2012 at 02:35 PM by Jeremy

Well sweeties, it's April 6, and it's officially Metroid day! By that I mean, the original Metroid was released 26 years ago from this day! And to celebrate Nintendium 128 wrote a whole retrospective on the entire Metroid series.

Check it out!

Also for a bit of fun, there's a hidden page on the article! Whoever finds it gets a free gift! =D

April 6? You sure it's April 6? NOT August 6?

Even though I only own Metroid Prime 3, Fusion and the original and also played Metroid Prime Hunters before, the series is really, really great in my opinion, 3D or 2D. Although it is pretty well known, it doesn't get the love it deserves imo compared to Mario or LoZ. So happy birthday, Metroid!
