Falling in love with PC again

As many of you have noticed, the PC staff has changed a great deal lately. And with it came a wake up call for me. I'm going to be honest and say I was hurt by Went getting the promotion to Staff Admin over me. But I knew deep down that he definitely deserved it tenfold over me. Ever since my cancer a few years ago, my activity on PC was deplorable. I've never quit a bajillion times and threw way too many temper tantrums. But it still hurt. I'm the oldest S-Mod and it sucked getting passed up. But I loved Wentingtons so once the hurt was gone I was super happy for him.
And with this wake up call came a re-examining of my relationship with PC. Like Audy and Nick have mentioned to me recently, I too began to see PC as a road block instead of a hobby. I thought I was wasting my time and wondering why I stuck around. Posts in the staff forum made me sad and I had a hard time finding places to post. But despite that, PC remained an important part of my life. I checked it every day despite not posting and wanted the best for it.
But now I'm finding myself posting on PC once more. And enjoying it! And I'm posting in forums I didn't really post in before. And liking it! So from this hurt I'm growing as a person and a member of PC. And I hope this continues. Because there's not much in my life that means more to me than PC.

I so through swings of enjoying this place and not, with the added responsibility I'd imagine it can be quite the drain if you're not enjoying being here.

funny you should ask, I've been learning about cancer in school, and telomerase is stoopid :(
but yeah, tear that tumor out of your body and eat it to get energy to go to PC and yeahhhhhhh
