So I started watching Japanese MLP...

My Little Pony: Tomodatchi wa Mahou. ...Just for kicks. I'm not a fan of watching foreign dubs of anything. Especially when it's transitioned this way. I love the theme song, though. It was enjoyable and I love the voices. What I didn't like was the amount of things that got cut in the first and second episodes, and how the song in the second episode didn't rhyme. Also I noticed the translation of the dialogue was a lot different and...wordier. The one thing that bothered me was when Twilight said fine for staying for brunch after meeting AppleJack's family it was changed to: "...I'll eat." I pay attention to the subtitles the most when watching anything. I did like it, though. Don't expect me to watch the whole series in Japanese. My heart resides with the original English version.

I'm going to try the Italian dub of MLP next. It interests me. Especially the overly competitive theme song. So let's see if the Italian version of MLP is any good! I'm going to try Arabic next and, afterwords I'll try some other languages. I'm ambitious...and I want to try.

There's an Italian version of the show? This is a must watch for me, I can watch MLP and spice up my Italian at the same time <3

I have yet to watch MLP in Japanese though. I will do so though because I'm highly curious. :3
