Posted September 8th, 2013 at 07:25 AM by Dakota

I feel old. halp.

Seriously though, this happens every time I feel somewhat down. And then some. Is that normal, at all? :I

I have back pain too at times. But not too often. Does it happen on a daily basis, dipu? If not then there probably ain't a problem. But yeah, still do get it seen by a doctor just in case. Better to be safe than sorry.

What Dero said, if this happens frequently, you should probably go see a doctor.

But since you said it happens every time you feel down, you should probably talk to someone/vent to someone about something that might be bothering you. Hopefully that could cure the backache. In the meantime, lay down and rest if you can.

It used to be a lot more frequent when school was in full swing. Lately, not so much.

There's quite a bit of information around anxiety, stress, or depression leading to aches and pains, like in the back. Since it only happens when you feel "low", it might have to do with that. There's some information you can look into to see if that's why you have this back pain, but I'm not a doctor so I don't want to make a full-blown diagnosis. I just want you feeling better.

This happens to me too sometimes. I usually take it as a sign that I'm just stressed out and need to chillax. That always helps.

Fairly certain it does have at least something to do with my mood, considering as soon as my mood was elevated, I felt tons better. =D Probably should still get a doctor to check it out sometime soon though. Thanks guys!

Perhaps you could improve on your posture to like a more upright and less slouchy position? And with that done, your mood should follow suit and improve, thus minimizing back aches altogether! Posture and mood are closely linked, so give it a try n_n
