This blog mostly contains my latest escapades in the Pokémon fandom. Be it related to the games, the anime, my collection, or PC itself, this blog should have it. I assume this will mostly be filled with collection updates, since that's my main interest in the fandom, but we shall see. Thanks for reading!

If you're interested in my gaming habits outside of Pokémon, you might be interested in my Gamespot blog, perhaps. If you want my day-to-day ramblings, check out my Livejournal. The latter may have questionable content or not-quite-PG ratings, so use discretion. :P

    All of them are terrible and I hate to say that.
    I do kinda like Unova though, but it too will take time to grow on me.

    I like how the reaction to the hodgepodge of the name Oshawott mirrors the initial reaction reaction to the hodgepodge of it's design. XD

    I wasn't expecting Smugleaf at all, and the fact that people were makes me lol. But even Smugleaf is better than Snivy. That's just so unoriginal and really shows off their lack of creativity.

    Unova is just ridiculous, they should have just kept it as Isshu. As for the starter names, they're all horrible except Smugleaf's english name.

    I agree completely. I love Snivy as Tsutaja's English name. Tepig? Fail. Oshawatt I'm impartial on. It's not horrible, but It could use some work.

    I believe Oshawott is a play on Ocean+water+otter. Far too complex a pun if you ask me. XD

    ...and Hoenn was Houen in Japan iirc, so Unova is truly the only region to have a significant change in translation. :P

    Agreed on the bridge part.
    It's like they're forcing you to only walk straight ahead until the whole camera thing is over even though that's the only thing you should be doing.

    Biebs is great, lmao. And my Lil Fuzzy Spider is named Nica too! :D Unfortunately, most of my gen V faves are White exclusive. However, if you run into a little Plank Wielding guy, feel free to name him Syd. :') Roxas is a fitting name for the ice cream omg why didn't i think of this ;;

    You should catch a Rankurusu (the green, Jelly-like bear). You'd find it in it's pre-evolution stage first though - it's a baby with a pacifier.
