A refreshing change of pace.

Posted February 28th, 2014 at 2:27 AM by Urugamosu

If you go back to my first blog posts, they usually circled between being shy or being scared of something, but I can't believe that was me. I've just changed so much from then, I'm actually outgoing. I do like myself and enjoy people around me and even though the interaction aspect is a bit lacking, I'm really getting the hang of it!

If anybody, and I mean anybody wants to talk to me, feel free to drop me a vm or PM, I'll be happy to talk.

Urugamosu, out!

Scyther wants love, yo

Posted February 27th, 2014 at 11:05 PM by bobandbill (The Ranting Drunk's Ramblings)

And so does his heavier friend Scizor.

Nearly two weeks and unlike any other Pokémon line so far he hasn't had any entries in The Writer's Dex Project! =(

Why not cheer up the guy and throw together a poem or drabble or 5,000 word essay on him?

Welp, four months have passed since my last blog complaining about name changes, & you guys are already back into changing them again...

Guess that means that you all really did miss having name changes available to you after all.

But before you guys say to me, "Don't be such a party pooper, Blade! We're doing this for fun!" let me tell you this: Though you guys might find changing your name fun, other people like me find it confusing as hell, especially if...

Regarding the recent "hacking-in" of Pokémon XY

Posted February 27th, 2014 at 4:07 PM by droomph (Grovyle's Little Diary)

I find…strange?…that secrecy and availability can't exist together.

The only times when you had "secrecy", or not being able to have the events found out, were before the age of easy internet access. If you wanted to know what events there were, you had to have Nintendo Power or something like that, which would take a week by mail to get to you. Also, if you wanted to know what event-unlocked quests (eg Liberty Island, Birth Island, etc.) there were, you would have...

The Influence of Video Games (The 1975, Cyanide & Happiness, DJ Play My Song) [Daily Bloggity Entry #6]

EDITOR'S NOTE: This was a short essay I wrote in the Fall of 2013 for one of my college courses. It parallels video games with the psychosomatic effects it can have on the individual, and is organized by ESRB rating system.

THE INFLUENCE OF VIDEO GAMES

“A game is an opportunity to focus...
