lol, Mime Jr.

Posted March 2nd, 2014 at 8:27 PM by Timbjerr (Tommy's Blog of Unparalleled Mediocrity)

So I'm currently grinding up a Ferroseed in my Y version in Reflecting Cave and I'm attacked by a horde of Mime Jr. Ferroseed is of course a notoriously slow pokémon, so even Mime Jr. that are 17 levels lower can outspeed it.

I'm just sitting here waiting patiently for this battle to end only glancing at my DS once every ten seconds or so to make sure Ferroseed doesn't faint, whilst the Mime Jr. all kill themselves from the Iron Barbs recoil from continuous use of Double Slap.

A la Oscar Night

Posted March 2nd, 2014 at 4:00 PM by Musique (Can't Get Inside My Soul)

Tonight the Oscars and the very sexy Ellen DeGeneres come together. Oh, what I'd give to meet her.

Though, I'm in such a great deal of pain, I don't know if I'll be able to pay attention to it well...

Immortality: A Gift Or A Curse? (Chvrches, Calvin and Hobbes, Go Right) [Daily Bloggity Entry #9]

Mood: Hungry as nobs.

Let us hypothesize that immortality was a reality. In many a-films and stories galore mankind has sought out the Fountain of Youth. We yearn to defeat time and become young forever, However, is the ability to stay youthful really worth it? Do the benefits really outweigh the risks?

All of Kirby's Starter Pokémon forms... except for Gen 6 ones. And Pikachu.
Fitting for my Kirby-based collab, isn't it? (Source: Tumblr)

So... yep, I've decided that I'll review many starter Pokémon through my perspective, and why I like them. Pokémon has introduced many starters, after all.

This is why you should not leave things on the floor!

Posted March 2nd, 2014 at 6:24 AM by Tsutarja (Snivy's Corner)

A part of my childhood is gone this morning. So today I was doing things with Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, by trading between my LeafGreen Version and XD, so I used the connector cable with my Gamecube. After I'm done with that, I leave it on the floor turned off, but still connected. Wanna know what's so special about this? Well, here goes nothing...

Spoiler:

Yep, I broke my Gameboy Advance SP...
