In a Bland State of Mind

Ditched my image header for a simple cluster of text. I'm going to create a new blog header. Also renamed by blog slightly; calling it "Candace's Awesome Blog". My slogan is kind of rushed and stupid.

"Candace is awesome and so is my blog." But, with all my blog posts being subpar, the slogan was just a spur of the moment thing. Just wanted to add a little more to the blandness of the cluster of text.

Don't worry, it hopefully won't be there for...

Hey guys - I drew a Pichu! ^^

Thought I'd post this. I drew this for Air Pichu a while ago for being so awesome. Random inspiration I guess.

Spoiler:

I don't know why the surfboard is there - I guess it looked a bit blank and I thought 'surfboard!!'.

The initial drawing was sketched out and scanned in, then coloured and touched up in Photoshop. The 'Air' in Air Pichu was also sketched out and scanned in, then I re-drew it in Photoshop....

I get told from time to time that I have a way with words. While that may be true with the blogs I write, that certainly isn't true offline. But here's to hoping that my 'way with words' speaks to somebody who takes the time to read this. It's been a while since I made a blog like this. You know?
