What do me and O.J. Simpson have in common?

That date is what the two of us have in common. June 17th is my birthday. But June 17th is also the date of O.J.'s infamous slow speed chase through Los Angeles with the LAPD after the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman.

It didn't help that the chase was aired on TVs all over America and that alone overshadows anything else very important. I mean, the cure for cancer might be discovered on that day in the near future, unless the 2012 bullcrap happens,...

Birthday Present Choosing Time!

My birthday is on the 26th of January and have no idea what I'm going to get, save a new laptop of course.

So, what do you guys suggest in terms of Xbox 360/Wii/Nintendo DS games? Also, which type of laptop should I get?

Feel free to suggest anything else that you think I'd like.

Actually got no sleep in the 24-hour span of my birthday. Spent from midnight to 2AM cleaning up and getting ready for the day. Then, for the next six hours I was online on PC and the other Pokemon forum I mod at. At 8:00, I got on the city bus and headed to the local mall. Got there at 10 (yeah, our bus system is slow)

Headed right to GameStop; was told my pre-order wasn't in yet. So I walked around the mall, went int Barnes & Noble, but didn't see anything that tickled my fancy...

Yes, my 84th birthday is upon us. And what a glorious, awesome, and most excellent day it is! Now, who will be the lucky person to be the first to post a thread in the Celebrations subforum?
