Becky Parrett: Gotta scam 'em all!

Over two years since she fled a decades-long prison sentence, federal fugitive Rebecca S. Parrett is still on the run.

Parrett, 61, was a former executive and co-founder of now-defunct National Century Financial Enterprises, an Ohio firm that sold bonds to investors and purchased accounts receivables from hospitals and other healthcare providers, providing the hospitals with immediate cash. The firm's executives engaged in fraudulent activity, including moving money between accounts, providing cash advances to firms without the capital to do so, and falsifying financial records. The company went bankrupt in 2002.

In March 2008, Parrett, along with co-conspirators Donald H. Ayers, 73 (Parrett's ex-husband); Randolph H. Speer, 59; Roger S. Faulkenberry, 48; and James E. Dierker, 42, were convicted of numerous charges related to the corporate fraud (Company CEO Lance K. Poulsen, 66, was tried separately.) After she fled, she was sentenced in absentia to 25 years in federal prison.

Lance Poulsen: This "Lance" is definitely NOT Elite Four material.

Parrett was released on her own recognizance and was required to report to be fitted with an electronic monitoring device, which she failed to do. She has not been seen since.

But there has been a new recent development. Enter Linda Case.

Linda Case: Taking family loyalty a bit too far, perhaps?

In February 2010, Parrett's sister, Linda L. Case, 66, was arrested on charges of lying to federal investigators and obstruction of justice. She claimed no knowledge of her sister's whereabouts and denied being in contact with her, yet an investigation revealed the sisters were exchanging emails regularly and Case had even planned to move to Mexico to meet up with Parrett. The investigation placed Parrett in the area of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Rebecca S. Parrett is 61 years old, 5 feet tall, 120 pounds. She has blue eyes and blond hair, though she has been known to dye her hair. She may also have undergone plastic surgery to change her appearance. Parrett is a known animal lover and is believed to possess significant financial resources. She may use the following last names as aliases: Green, Kunzi, House, Robinson, Ayers, and Mayes.
