Video Game Club

April 28th


Today is Thursday which mean's it's video game club! My friends and I are sitting in the front row with all my friends. Like every other Thursday, the main game that we play is SSBB=Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Imagine playing this game every Thursday for three years straight. It can get get very annoying can't it? I use to play it but now it got too overrated so I hate playing that game now. I don't even bother watching everyone in video game club to play this game.

The main character I have always played was Pikachu and Kirby but now I don't bother. I wasn't that bad at it; when I first played as a Freshmen during Video Game club; I play Malee. I managed to win a few matches. That's the only game that we play -sigh-

Usually during Video game club I watch the new Pokemon episodes on my Iphone. Today the new Pokemon episode came out which is what I'm going to be watching soon. We are planning on having a tournament soon. We don't have an official date on when the tournament will be though. It's going to be on Mario Kart Wii. At least it's not SSBB like how it always is. I don't know if I'll play it. Other then VGC I also got a drawing done which I'll be posting on DA and not to mention I got a new profile blog theme!

Why don't you change the game up, if you're so sick of it?

It's really up to the teacher and the president of the club but everyone agreed for not having it for the tournament. I'm thinking about bringing in Kirby Air Ride maybe next week but everyone would have to bring in their game cube controllers if they want to play it. Last year the teacher would sometimes have it so that there are a few days of not having SSBB.

Your club needs more games. That's why I'm not in the Video Game club at my school. The games just plain suck.

I'd probably play Brawl every day if I could. :3 Though it's nice to change up games once in a while...that's kind of why the industry offers such a wide selection of products. XD I recently entered a Mario Kart Wii tourney and I sucked at it, as I tend to suck in racing games in general. There was a Brawl tourney earlier, but there were significant lag problems with the controllers, so that wasn't very evocative of my actual play style. Think online lag. >_>

Also, you haven't experienced Final Destination monotony until you've been in an actual tourney. I actually got sick of the awesome Final Destination Brawl theme and the stage's visuals, which should never have happened. T_T

But yeah...Brawl is awesome, but variety is good. A Video Game Club should reflect that - at least, I would think so: a gaming club should never be commissioned into strictly playing one game like that each week. :x I mean, even if your club members don't have a wide library of games, you can always switch it up between Wii Sports and Brawl. >_> It's nice that you're offering to switch things up, though. :)

Also, the color scheme of your blog reminded me of chocolate and cream, which reminded me of coffee, which reminded me of Susan Coffey. :cer_love:

I am the SSB Brawl king, pair me up with Sheik or Pikachu and I am unstoppable. The game is epic.
