Taking pride in my posts. Actually debating, illustrating points, and mostly just being involved. I feel as if all my "good" or "thought out" posts are in the staff room. Sometimes I do forget that there's a community out there. I feel as if the member base doesn't know me the way they used to, as I used to be more involved. It sounds strange, and I've never been one to care about what people think of me as such, but I would like to be seen as someone who partakes in the community and/or makes decent posts.

I lost my public voice, so I'm going to look for it once more.

I feel like this is probably something which happens to a lot of staff, and especially higher staff - although I'd obviously not know first-hand. I guess it's just easier for us to make the good posts in the staff forum and be fairly mediocre elsewhere. I think this blog's kinda made me notice how I feel a similar way to you right now and I think I'll try and make a bit more of an effort from now on too.

It's not ever been because of ranks. There's simply just a lot of duties in the back end. I still post as much as I always have, but a lot of my discussion goes into staff matters. It's not any illogical reason as to why staff members don't lost on the public forums more often, their activity is simply spread across larger bread.

Spoiler:

It takes time to have quality and you've got more on your plate now. If it's any consolation I think people understand that you're busy. Plus, you know, you've got the rest of your life out there. Only so much time and energy can be devoted to a forum and you've got your responsibilities.
