Most OP Fakemon on my site?

I want to start with a few things about the region. Alternia is a Region based on the RP site that I am an Admin of. The background is still in the works so really there isn't much to say about the region itself...The site has been open for a few years and we obtained quite a few Fakemon.

When discussing various quirks about some of our Fakemon, my staff and I came to an interesting question...Which of our Fakemon is the most OP? From our stand point it was not an easy question to answer. One of the biggest thing on our site, Pokemon and Fakemon are not restricted to the game's 4 Move rule. They can learn as many attacks as they can, with a few exceptions. Also we have a double ability thing goin on. This means if a Pokemon has 2 abilities naturally, then it has both during the RP.

The only other thing is we do not use Stats in the conventional way. We use the +/- for boost and debuff attacks, and that's pretty much it.

Now as I said, we had a very interesting question pop up about who is our most OP Fakemon. I figured I'd share all of these with you all so I can get some neutral opinions on this matter, so yes this is a discussion.
