Have I really changed?

Short entry, but, sometimes I wonder, have I really changed? If so, was it for the better, or for the worse?

People have been lately telling me that 'I'm too mellow' or that 'I'm too serious and needs to take a joke more' while people have -missed- the 'old me' where I was all 'eccentric' - hyper and crazy, and stuff.

Well, okay, lately I've been more laid back than I was about... 2 years ago, when I was literally running all over the place to do loads of things, like... picking up ladles, helping to make soup for the local food shelter; I wasn't one to stay in the house all day.

Eh, It's kinda... depressing when I look at it that way. I mean, what happened? I just don't know. Am I really 'me?' again, I don't know. Maybe I'm taking this more seriously than I'm supposed to, and this is the 'me' that's been waiting to get out?

Hm.

Just because you changed doesn't mean you're not you anymore, it just means that the definition of 'you' is different now. You're still you, no matter what you do.

I know this problem.. I deal with it myself, but i have learned over the years that no matter how much your personality changes or how much people seem to change you. You will still be you, YOU will not change a bit, learn to stay true to who you are. and dont let anyone say that you have changed or that your not a good person yadda, yadda, yadda.... Tell them different.
