Is this what it means when they say, "you watch too much TV"? And out of curiosity, what are your habits when it comes to watching television?

I don't watch TV as I like to get all my episodes before they air 2 weeks later like arrow I was so ahead of it when it finally aured where I live, I normally stream them or buy a boxset when a season is over
