What anime series should I watch?

I'm bored out of my mind, as well as on the inside of it, and I'd like to unboreden (?) myself by watching a new anime.

I like Code Geass and Death Note, so try and suggest something like them. Please. D:

Well, there is this one series I completed some months ago called Rumbling Hearts. It's a sad one, though.
Caution: Ecchi.

It's like Death Note. It's better than Death note. It's on anilinkz.

I can't recommend Serial Experiments Lain enough, but it is an acquired taste. Perhaps a little more mainstream is Darker Than Black, though I personally couldn't get into it.
