I don't know how much I can say now but who thinks they are the cutest bunch I've seen since a long time now?

Popplio (the Water-type) is the one I've officially sold on, with its derpy but somehow creative design that looks like it'll separate itself from the other seals. Oshawott was said to look like a clown and he turned out adorable with awesome evolutions so I have hope in this little guy.

Rowlet (the Grass-type) seems to be the new Snivy in that it's winning over fans already, and Snivy was the last popular upon first reveal Grass starter. Having an additional Flying-type gives me a Bulbasaur call-back as well, but 4x Ice weakness means he'll be undesirable to the competitive community.

Litten (the Fire-type) is quite the sinister-looking starter, especially for the cute first stage. Stripes definitely shows we got our Tiger in the Chinese Zodiac pattern, and that dark colour suggests he'll become a Dark-type. I'd love another Dark/Fire since we still only have Houndour and Houndoom for that.

Anyways, I am damn hyped for Alola! If things go well it could become my new fave region since Unova.

I really like all the starters so far, although I'm slightly leaning towards Rowlet. I don't think the 4X necessarily indicates it will be bad in competitive though, after all dragon/flying Pokemon have done well over the years. It's definitely not a bonus though.

I'll definitely going with Popplio for sure! :) And sometimes I'm reminded of Oshawott when seeing that cute little mon, lol!
