Never Suspected this

We were having an award ceremony for the Academy for the end of the year. I just got back from it. We had to go to the school around 6:30 pm. We had dinner as my father and I sat in the Freshmen Atrium. After having a nice talk with my friends while eating; we were ready for the awards. I knew who was going to get an award since it was so obvious but soon my Homeroom teacher went up to give out awards. I never suspected to get an award but I was given the "Peaceful personality and Grace" award! I usually get a lot of awards with this back in Elementary but I never suspected to get an award like this since this year has been pretty hard. I'm just shocked and surprised but I'm just glad that I was able to get recognized in the academy! It's going to be sad once the Seniors leave since I have a couple of friends in there but I'm excited about next year and hopes that next year will be better.
