I want to utilise my blog, but I don't want to make pointless posts because people will look down upon me.

Though, in most cases, blogs about your day are often ignored where as blogs about pointless things are replied to instantly.

Something that confuses me so much... :/

I still wonder why some people post a comment saying that nobody cares. If they didn't care, they wouldn't have commented.

It's all confusing to me. :S

Well, I'd probably end up reading it, as I'm a bit of a PC Blog junkie. :D

It is a confusing cycle on how the pointless blogs get the most attentions than the actual read-worthy blogs. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about what others think about your blog, if you want to post something up then do so, that's what you have it for anyway.

Though, it's strange when one doesn't care about something they read it anyway, and still say they didn't care.

Pointless blogs get responses because they're just that - pointless. A pointless reply can be made, thus allowing the poster to contribute without really giving much thought or effort.

A serious blog or one detailing the highlights of your day requires some thought processing in the response, therefore more people are gonna shy away. It's nothing but pure laziness, really. :3
