Have you ever felt like you didnt belong any where? Have you ever felt like a stranger in a place you're familiar with? Have you ever felt like you are interrupting things by being in a place?

Ive been feeling this way lately and I do not know why. It's kinda scaring me. Ive lately been getting these feelings like I dont belong anywhere, that Im some stranger and Im interrupting things by just being there. Its really strange. This was kind of a random blog but I felt the need to share this cause it might make me feel better. How do I make this feeling go away?

I've felt that way before, it's not fun :[ How to make it go away, I'm not really sure... but I'd think either spending more time at said place could help? And if it doesn't, then maybe disassociate from said place for a bit? I don't really know :/

I have. But it's usually for a reason like, the people I'm with I'm not that good of friends with (if at all) or if it's like some couple and I'm the third wheel (everyone gets that one sometimes, tho).

Of not belonging anywhere... Nope. I don't even talk to that many people, and am not super popular or anything, I just feel like no one is any better than I am, and I'm not worth any more/less than them. I dunno what I'm even trying to say. I guess it's that being confident comes first, then "fitting in" and stuff comes later.

Just going to speculate here (so feel free to disregard) but not feeling like you belong could be a self-esteem issue. Like feeling as if you're not good enough to be with people who are "better" than you for whatever reason. Solution? Talk with people and reassure yourself that people aren't judging you. Do things that make you feel better about yourself. That one's good to boost your confidence, and it gives you something to talk about which can help with feeling like you're getting along with people because you'll have something you can contribute and be passionate about.
