awkward moment when you get sooo busy you forget your PC anniversary! xD I logged on with a wave of VMs and I was like "wait...what? Oh! OOPS I TOTALLY FORGOT."
I'm so high on caffeine right now because I'm dealing with counter-clockwise timezone changes and it is freaking awful (in California until Monday morning). And I'm so busy right now because well...trying to get as much quality time with the family as possible, but yeah woo! 5 years. Holy shit. Where did my life go?
And to think that I've been on staff for 1/2 of my time here. lmao.
BUT ANYWAYS, I was actually planning to make a whole "user appreciation blog" for my PCversary but...yeah you know...busy things and all that. So i'm gonna save that for another time. Hard to believe that I was only 19 and a freshman in college when I signed up. I was intrigued by the ROM hacking community and wanted to create one of my own. I laugh at myself for that because that never really happened, but I then realized that PokeCommunity is literally more than just a major hub for ROM hacking. There's a whole lot of things to do around here, and it's really more than just a "forum".
If you are a new member reading this, you will enjoy PC like how I did. It's worth meeting new friends. You will find something you like to do or to discuss. Really! It's an amazing community. These past 5 years were great and despite life and such, I will try to stick around longer. I hope you guys do stick around this long too!
I will respond to every single VM when I can, because...yeah busy! I'm logging off after I post this, so I hope everyone enjoys your day the way I'm enjoying it now here in my hometown in California!
Thank you, thank you all for your friendship, generosity, enthusiasm, and awesomeness. You all are amazing. <3
