Romance Dawn

Haha, this is the name of OP's first chapter. And its a fitting title considering my departure from here marks the dawn of a new adventure. One that'll last a year, at least. ;p

So, as some or none of you may have noticed, I'm not blue anymore. Being a staff member is tons of fun, trust me. Things are really crazy out there in the staff boards and the other staff are really supportive. I enjoyed the ride while it lasted. But the journey had to come to an end.

Starting the 20th of this month, I'll probably disappear altogether. After some not-so-satisfactory performance in my exams, I've taken the decision to dedicate one year of my life entirely to studies so I can get a better college. I will not be having internet access to keep me from getting distracted. And will be staying away from my parents and pretty much living on my own for the time I'll spend studying. It'll be hard, sure, but I'm hoping the result will be worthwhile. I was hoping I'd get to write a proper farewell blog conplete with individual messages to the other staff members but eh, I'll do that sometime between thirteenth and twentieth when I get the chance to sit on my computer before leaving entirely. Prepare to read a tl;dr, guys, coz I got a lot of things to say to you, haha.

Anyway, yeah, just wanted to let ya'll know for those who care. I'll miss PC, that's for sure.

Ugh, Dero, fighting bad feels for you, man, literally. Can't virtual hug you hard enough. This makes me truly sad.

I feel so sad when staff members announce they are resigning but studies are always important.

But don't worry Dero, Art & Design will still be in safe hands with Alexial. After all, you helped her get adjusted to modding in the first place.

Haha, I tried that this year, Alex. Didn't help. I wouldn't have resigned had I known another viable option. But all well, I'll be back in a year. ;3

As your mind is clearly made up on it, all one can do is wish you good luck with your studies, and that you'll be back in a year having achieved what you aimed to do.

Dero, I already said this via VM but I will miss you. We only talked briefly but it was a nice conversation and you helped me with my profile when I became supporter. So thanks for being a mod and good luck with your studies. I've been wanting to post more in A&D for a while now and I'll be sure to do that now to keep Alexial company. :) See you back in a year's time when you've grown.
