SO EXCITED OMG!!
I seriously have not wanted a Pokemon game in this long since... god knows when, actually. GSC was my favorite generation by far, so having a remake of it is awesome.
I ended up (finally) putting in my pre-order for Heart Gold yesterday. Good news is that the Gamestop will open early -- on Sundays, the stores in the mall open at noon, and I'm at work at 11. They'll open at 10. d("d) I don't think I'll get up at 9 to be there when they first open, but I'll make sure to leave a bit early to make it before I have to be in. Then, I shall then be sad by the fact that I have to work a good 7 hours before I can finally play my game.
Then again, this weekend is going to rock. My nephew turns 1 on Thursday, and on Saturday, my family is coming down for his birthday party. There will be cake. So excited for that, too. :D
