So after watching some documentaries on netflix I'm feeling like my diet needs to change. That's not to say I'm "going on a diet" since I don't feel my weight's a problem (though I'm a little heavier than I used to be) and because diets are mostly crap. No, I'm going to be introducing very healthy foods into my current diet in the hopes that as I continue the good stuff with slowly replace the bad stuff and I won't feel like I'm missing out on my favorite junk foods and have urges to eat...

So, I want to be a little healthier, and I don't exercise very much (as in, pretty much not at all. XD), so I figured I would start there. So I went out for a walk/jog.

I have only done this a couple of times in the past you know, in my twenty years of living but I only went around the street behind my home. → Started watching Tales of the Abyss. It's one of my favourite games so seeing it in anime form is great! (Too bad I'm behind already. @_@)
→ Broke down and got Portal: Still Alive on the 360. I swear I played through the whole game like 5 times that week. (And I still missed the last achievement! ;_;)
