Strange things for today, eh?

As it turns out, the day I was accepted to some university was also the day I first encountered a site where browsers too modern will screw up.

Good news: I'm now studying in Computer Science.

Bad news: Why do I have to bother with IE7 Compat Mode while logging in for student pass stuff? Then again, maintaining websites must be hard enough as is.

I feel I owe some of you an explanation. Or at least something towards it. Cos here I was, active more or less every day for the best part of three months and all of a sudden I go dark for 3 weeks. Now I'm only online sparingly with sometimes week-long gaps going on. So what happened?
