Sounding Off

This is just a personal blog where I occasionally review stuff, since apparently I like writing. Don't expect my reviews to be amazing, but personally, I feel they're pretty good! The rating system is different between mediums. Video games I give a letter grade, Movies and TV shows I give star grades. Note that a fraction after a number of stars means that many stars plus that fraction of another star. I.e. *** 3/4 would be three full stars and three quarters of another star. Hope you guys like the stuff!

A really bad week. :c

Yeah, this week was really bad for me. :c Let's see what happened:

-Broke my friend's $200 camera lens and am attempting to get a new one without her finding out
-Owe my friend $70 for ruining her cardigan
-Had a very bad debate project in Government class
-Have to redo my debate paper
-Have yet to start my thesis paper
-Have yet to start my Hamlet essay
-Modern China exam tomorrow that I'm not studying for
-Got rejected by Northeastern...

Dead Assassin... who also owes someone $70.

Yeah, I died in the third day of Assassin. :c

It was so intense, too, there was only 100 people left, about, and everyone was so paranoid. I got a tip as to who my assassin was, and I managed to avoid him for 5 classes. And then I decided to play it risky and went to my locker alone for two minutes. And bambam, he BARELY got me. :c

Oh well, at least this was the practice round. And I took out 3 people too.

What sucks, though, is that I owe someone $70...

COLLEGE BOUND

I GOT INTO MY FIRST ACTUAL COLLEGE. =D

Stony Brook University, yipee. It's kinda funny, actually. I signed into Facebook and my friend posted a picture of herself holding up her Stony Brook Acceptance letter she had just got. Then I look below my computer screen and see an email that looks EXACTLY like it. I was just like "WHOA"

:') I'm actually going somewhere. Maybe. :3

POKECOMMUNITY ASSASSIN IDEAS

Okay, in my last blog, I talked about how my school was gonna start playing assassin Monday.

Well, I thought "Hey, why not try to play it on PC, too?"

And lo and behold, this blog. I kinda already sorta pitched the idea to Netto and Tara, but I realized the main kill method is a lot harder then I expected for an online forum.

I Become a High School Assassin Monday

You can't spell assassin without sin... and twice the ass!

It's true! Well, sort of. Starting Monday, the seniors in my school are going to begin playing the game Assassin. The rules really quick:

A number of people join (177 so far for my grade's game) and everyone is assigned a different person. The people are assigned so that it becomes a circular chain. I.e player one is assigned player two, player two is assigned player three, player three is assigned player ........
