Come on though, the part you quoted from me is common sense. If one is not an artist; he needs to practice to be an artist. Same goes for programming; one can not make a game without programming. So if making a game alone is the goal, learn to program.

I've been putting off making an announcement about what kind of changes will occur in the Game Development section with me in charge, and I don't know why. It's not as if it'll take a lot of effort, I've basically got all of my **** figured out, I just can't seem to focus. And now I'm writing this... which isn't helping at all...
