I'm not dead yet...I've just been addicted to this insanely difficult game called Real Life. I'm at this one level where I've been given extremely limited funds to pay off a relatively big debt and since my character's skill tree is fairly limited due to the high cost of academic training, I'm stuck working a tiring, yet admittedly fun, minimum wage job. What's an even bigger drain on my character's energy is his unusual desire to court with a certain female yet his relative inexperience creates...

I just got back from a "pleasant" lunch with my brother and my mother, and just like any other time they're in the same room, it devolves into a political debate about social issues and how my brother is a failure at life.

...When your mother is a socially proper Christian conservative and your brother is an unemployed and uneducated pot-smoking hipster, things like that tend to happen though...it takes everything I have to remain as neutral as possible. >_>

I usually don't post my sketches around here because a) I'm not very confident in my skills and b) most of my random sketches of boredom are so surreal that I'd probably be institutionalized if anyone saw them. XD

But I'm in an art-posting mood today, so I've decided to start using this blog as a vehicle to get feedback and criticism of my pencilwork and technique by posting selections from my random sketches of boredom. This'll be good for the lulz at the very least. XD

What're the odds?

In my current HeartGold file, I just did the event in the Burnt Tower and am currently grinding up to fight Morty. During said grinding session, I'm attacked by Raikou and Entei. Back to back.

Of course, I'm in no way prepared to catch them, so I just let them run away, but still the odds of that happening must be astronomical. o_o
