Fitness Goals: Significant Progress Made

Well, I made a to-do list and quite frankly didn't really focus on completing much of it.

But, in a way I have pretty much paved the way for all my fitness goals, now that I exercise regularly.

I wanna summarize my achievements just so I can see how they add up.
  • Running 3 times a week (7 km)
  • Gym 3 times a week (with dad)
  • Nike Training 3-4 Times a Week
  • Maintaining mostly healthy diet
  • Ability to look good in a towel

New Years Resolutions

Here we go:

1. Complete a novel and attempt to publish it.
That one is a biggie, and it's one that I can't get out of my head. I'm sticking to a writing regime that if I miss I feel incredibly guilty.
Poltergeist - 7,500 words. 5 ghosts. And counting.

2. Stick to my diet and exercise.
To make this work I really should stop eating. Like, now.

3. Act less idiotic in public.
Self explanatory, I walked retarded-ly, to say the least.
