I've seen plenty of Shoutarous, but no Phillips. I recall that I would be attempting a Phillip cosplay for Ohayocon if a friend also got a W belt, and was going to the con (as Shoutarou). Still might, but for now, I'm taking it easy with attempting cosplay. Might even try Narumi Sokichi/Kamen...
