Cutting The [Satellite] Cord

Well my family had decided to cut off the satellite feed at our house. We have DirectTV, AT&T Phone and Internet. We are getting rid of the Phone and DirecTV services. They decided that for the monthly price we don't use them enough. Right now we use online video services more than our dedicated TV service. As for the phone service, we all have cell phones and use them much more than the actual home land line.

I, personally, subscribe to Netflix Instant, Hulu Plus, and rent...

Everybodys Looking Forward To The Weekend

I had to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday...but I still had a pretty awesome weekend in spite of that. On Friday after work I went over my aunts house to go bring her printer to Best Buy cause it needs to be exchanged, and when I got there she had spaghetti and meatballs waiting for me for lunch. I will go over there a lot to help out with odds and ends around the house so she cooks for me a lot. XD After that I went straight to the movie theater to meet my brother. Supporter Tier 6!

Had to blog about this now, I couldn't wait until I get home from work. I just donated my $100th dollar to the community and I was granted PC Supporter Tier 6. No idea how that is any different over Tier 5, but hey, 6 is just a higher number than 5. XD

Anyway, I really want this PC Mobile App thing to happen, so I figured whatever money I could donate would help out with that. I know a lot of users use iPod Touch's, iPhones, and Android devices. So, if you want this PC mobile...

Pop culture is one of those things that is immersed all around us. The Culture & Media (the forum formerly known as Other Entertainment) forum is one that seems to has taken a hit in visitors over the years, and it's a shame because it should be the busiest forum on the site.

Easter Excitement and Virtual Eggs

Well this weekend was definitely jam packed with plans for me. Easter has never been one of those holidays where I have tons of stuff going on. Even when I was a kid, the whole weekend of activities maybe took 3 hours. We would open baskets, go to church, and then lunch at my grandmothers with an egg hunt that immediately followed. It was all very quick, and wouldn't last very long. The rest of the weekend/break was just for me.
