Political Christmas Correctness

I refuse to change my stance on using the term "Christmas", but I'd like to hear it from the general community.

What do you think of the very American behaviour of trying to be politically correct, where most companies and corporations dodge the word "Christmas", using terms like "Happy Holidays", and what do you think of the PokéCommunity using the term "Christmas"?

It does not happen where I happen to live, where shopping centres,...

So remember when I was complaining about NoA adopting "eco-friendly" game boxes?

While I understand that these won't scratch your 3DS game card, there's so little this actually contributes to being "eco-friendly".

Greenpeace will never appreciate the game industry no matter what you do.

Watermarking what's not yours

If anyone were to look up an episode on YouTube of say, Pocket Monsters, before any HD uploads become available, often the attention-seeking video posters tend to upload the videos with a nice little watermark on them. Sometimes they take up 1/6 of the screen. Sometimes they're one-liners. But god, why are they so persistent?

Hell, half the time they didn't encode the video to begin with - instead, they stole off some random place like Youku. :| The other problem? Youku's quality...

Pokémon Battle Revolution and My Pokémon Ranch, oh how I loathe both of you games.

BOTH games have a horrible wall of text before you can go do anything. Start up Revolution and a certain skank who tries to be helpful and guide you, and only manages to make you rage as she explains the ENTIRE GAME in a WALL OF TEXT. Oh, and Battle Revolution itself turned out to be a load of crap anyway. Ms. Desk Skank, using your own words, "I hope you have a wonderful time in hell."...

Upgrade pricing for Windows 7 in America: $119.99 (Windows 7 Home Premium), $199.99 (Windows 7 Professional) and $219.99 (Windows 7 Ultimate). The Ultimate SKU's price is pretty nice (if not somewhat expensive) candy, right?

Down under, the prices are up and over. (Prices in brackets are US conversions of the day.)
