OK, so I found this video on YouTube and it's essentially the first Pokemon anime theme song sung in nine different languages. Pretty cool, no? I've embedded it below, so have a listen:

When I was listening to it, I could help but wonder if these were a) the real versions played on German/Norwegian/Spanish/whatever televisions; and b) if they were exact translations of the English version that most of us know and love.

No, no, no. I haven't been meeting up with any more people from PC. That shipped sailed when I got on that bus in Delran, New Jersey. But a number of people have requested lots of piccies from the rest of my trip to the land of the rising sun... aka Japan. Most of them I've put up on my Facebook, and here's a link to the album.(*) Some of them, on the other hand, I've saved especially for PC. Lucky you!

For the most part, the pictures below were all taken in or around the Pokemon Centre...

Despite what I said in this thread, it turns out that I'm, like, soooooo totally in love with Zubat! Or, at least I used to be. Apparently.

Rummaging around my bedroom in a vague attempt to clean up the place, I stumbled upon my old Game Boy collection, and GBA SP. Among the rubble that includes Tazmanian Devil Munching Madness and what I can only assume is a ROM cartridge with such classic, original games as Maya &Friend and Mines Weeper (yes, you read that right), is my old Pokemon...

So, I've beaten Alder three times now (as well as Cynthia two times) and I want a bit of a new thing, so I've decided to raise a completely new team to take on the E4 (and Cynthia). The only rules are: the critters can't be ones I've used before, must be Unova-native and can't have the same type more than once.

So far, I have these five planned:

Whimsicott
Jellicent
Beheeyem
Hydreigon
Volcarona

And... I need one more. My old team consisted of Aerodactyl, Kingdra, Lucario,...
