You know who it is. He said it was happening a few days ago. I don't want to write too much as there'll presumably be SO MANY MORE of these in the next few days. All I'll say is that I met Went, gave him a coconut, had a nice walk to Covent Garden, saw a busker who liked to flirt with Spanish tourists, had some great pizza, made fun of Razor Leaf, walked back to his hotel, and took the picture below. Somewhere hidden in this blog entry is a photograph of the real Platform 9 3/4 at King's Cross train station, from the Harry Potter franchise. You're going to have to read on to find it, though!

Most of these meet-ups have had a degree of preparation involved in their organisation and logistics. Even down to the first one that started this whole quirk of mine off... despite the planning being unintentional, for the most part. Indeed, most of the time, there's been about a month's worth...

This one's the biggest personal meet-up yet! Today - as well as yesterday and tomorrow - was the MCM Expo in the ExCeL Centre in London: essentially the UK's answer to Comic-Con/Anime North/any big-ish convention-type-deal. Despite living in London for four years, I'd never heard of it until our very own Captain Fabio and Kura told me of its existence. BRAINWAVE: PC Meet-up time again! :D

No, no, no. I haven't been meeting up with any more people from PC. That shipped sailed when I got on that bus in Delran, New Jersey. But a number of people have requested lots of piccies from the rest of my trip to the land of the rising sun... aka Japan. Most of them I've put up on my Facebook, and here's a link to the album.(*) Some of them, on the other hand, I've saved especially for PC. Lucky you!
