So yeah.. I joined a gym back in mid November. I thought it was time to stop feeling sorry about myself. I work a desk job, and most of my friends have families (can't go out), so I get little to none physical activity.. and I decided to change that. I've been going 2-3 times a week since then.. (average is I guess 2.)
I have tried to keep with workout programs before, and I could never stick with them, I guess because I was focusing so much on losing weight. It was disheartening...
