Today my dad found one of those Sony e-Reader things on the bus, with no contact info or anything. I got home and him and my brother had just given up on trying to track down the owner, so I said I'd have a look and try and see. First I looked up the book titles, and found literally nothing, so then I looked up the authors and found that these books hadn't actually been published! I Got Me a Job

J Sainsburys PLC had the courtesy to accept my application to be a General Assistant, and now I've got a uniform and a spiffy name badge and everything. The job's a bit of a chore - stocking shelves in the fresh food section of the store for 12 hours a week - but the people I've met are very welcoming.

I had my induction a couple of weeks back, and met ten other people who were starting different jobs at the same time as me. I've seen a few of them since, which is nice, as I got to...

I'm devastated that he's gone. There are so few artists today that weren't influenced by him in some way, and he's more than revolutionized music. Heal the World is so beautful, and Beat it is so damn funky. Thriller is still one of the best music videos to date, and the moonwalk (even though I'm aware that it was actually Bill Bailey or Marcel Marceau that invented it) came to fame because of him.
