MY FANFIC STILL SURVIVES ON THE INTERNET -- THE ORIGINAL BADFIC, NOT THE NOT-AS-BADFIC ON FF.NET!

My sister mentioned in one of her LJ entries a site called MediaMiner, which is a fanfic site. She used to use it, back in the day. And, since I wanted to be just like my sister (except the flaws, haha), I also uploaded my fics there.

However, when the time came for me to re-write the Timetravelers, I totally forgot I had an account there. So, I didn't...

Thanksgiving Break + NaNo's Over + Random Writing Stats

So, Thanksgiving. It was pretty good. I think the best part of it, other than shopping, was watching (new) Doctor Who. I'm borrowing the first two seasons from my Who-obsessed cousin. It's the first time I've really watched a series in awhile. Admittedly, I'm not the largest TV fan in the world, and with the only TVs with cable being downstairs and shared by 30+ girls, it can be hard to watch something. But Doctor Who's pretty good. Can't wait to actually watch the second season. I'll probably pop...

Yay for me? + Won't be here for a bit

Although my National Novel Writing Month novel is still nowhere near complete, at least I now have the NaNoWriMo Purple Bar to say I hit over 50k. :D I would've waited, but I don't know when I'm getting back on the 30th, and I didn't want to miss my chance to validate. Even if I don't care about the other things that come with it (a certificate you can print out, and a few "WINNER" graphics).

I like the Viking theme they seem to have this year. I was greeted to a big boat...

I have exactly 50,000 words for my NaNo novel right now! And there's so much to go!

I'M SO HYPER AND EXCITED AND YAY, I WON NANO! 8D

I think it's really awesome I reached 50k at the end of Part Three instead of last year, which was in the middle of a chapter, if I recall correctly. I even think I know which one it is. (I'd check but I've since edited the story a bit, so it won't be in the same exact place.)

To treat myself, I bought a bunch of Pop-Tarts...

I can't stop staring at my profile picture. Arielle, STOP THAT.

Anyway.

So, here I am, writing my NaNo novel, and I'm getting to the interesting part, the one that's been playing out in my head since I decided that, in this part of the story, the female main character's going to propose to the guy.

But I am so STUCK.

I can hardly write "and then they kissed" without having a freakout. I can't do proposal scenes! It took me three...
