SO EXCITED OMG!!

I seriously have not wanted a Pokemon game in this long since... god knows when, actually. GSC was my favorite generation by far, so having a remake of it is awesome.

I ended up (finally) putting in my pre-order for Heart Gold yesterday. Good news is that the Gamestop will open early -- on Sundays, the stores in the mall open at noon, and I'm at work at 11. They'll open at 10. d("d) I don't think I'll get up at 9 to be there when they first open,...

I like GTS. Sure, most people are asking for legendaries for their Pokemon, but every once in awhile, you find something you can get without selling your soul! And it's so exciting when you finally get that Pokemon you asked for. ;~;

I was so desperate for this, that one day, I just offered something up for a Bidoof. I was like, "I could make someone happy because all they'd have to do is go out and catch one. That is, if they didn't have one from the beginning of the game anyway....

I was so bored tonight, I customized my profile colors again, after ages of not having any.

The colors are sort of based off of my current story LJ layout, which I use to keep track of writing stuff. Why use that? No clue.

...I like my blog colors better. Eh.

In other news, I might have a trade thread here soon? :D We'll see if I actually get around to it...

MY FANFIC STILL SURVIVES ON THE INTERNET -- THE ORIGINAL BADFIC, NOT THE NOT-AS-BADFIC ON FF.NET!

My sister mentioned in one of her LJ entries a site called MediaMiner, which is a fanfic site. She used to use it, back in the day. And, since I wanted to be just like my sister (except the flaws, haha), I also uploaded my fics there.

However, when the time came for me to re-write the Timetravelers, I totally forgot I had an account there. So, I didn't...

I played Pearl on Saturday!

I was really bored, and the Platinum news got me in the mood, so I picked it up after four months. I started it a year ago, and I only have six badges. Boo. :(
But since I've picked it up, I've gone through most of Iron Island (I'd done some of it beforehand), beat Bryon?, did the stuff in the library, and made my way to Snowpoint. Right now, I'm at the rest house.

My team's really crappy... I'm a noob when it comes to competitive battling or making a team in general. I know...
