Yesterday, I was walking in the dark to my sister's place to have some tasty, tasty foods. (Which were indeed tasty.)

As I typically do before walking to my sister's house -- especially after dark -- I sent out a text saying I was on my way. Shortly after I start walking, my sister replies back, asking if I want a ride. They hadn't left the grocery store quite yet, so it wasn't out of their way.

I go onto the grass to avoid hitting any cars, and I start walking and...

2009 was a sucky year in some sense and great in others.

I know it's January 16th, but I want to reminisce anyway. I couldn't on the 1st. :(

The Bad:
+ The year went off to a great start as three weeks in, I ended up dropping out of school. My parents weren't exactly happy when they dropped me off only to drive back down a week later to pick me up with a car full of junk. :( I still don't have the funds to go back to school; I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I don't for a few more years.
+ Living at home was a mixed...

(I hope to be back to regular activity this week, but we'll see if my wireless card comes in and actually works. I don't like UPS. >_>;

I'm a day late...

...But I hit 50k on my NaNoWriMo project yesterday. d("d) All hail my green bar!

I've never hit 50k this late before, but better hitting it late than not, I suppose.

I'm so tempted to just stop here and go back to writing everything else, but I'd feel so guilty. ;_; Not to mention I really, really, really wanted the bare bones of it done by the 30th, although I probably won't. I'll be really close, but probably not quite done.
