I can't be the only one that notices that all everyone seems to want to do is to fall in love and have this perfect relationship, right now.

Is love the only thing that matters nowadays? People have become so focused on finding the love of their lives that it's nauseating. Dealt the wrong cards.

I'm very aware that I'm terrible at taking complaints from other people, which in turn makes me angry. When I'm angry I don't know how to deal with it. I've never been very good handling my anger. I lash out, and I stay angry for a long period of time. I can punches pillows all I want but that doesn't help me.

I'm just curious to see how other people deal with their anger. What do you do when your angry?
