Haha, I see it now. :D And yeah, very true. (When I first read the term "chest-pillows" in your post, I was puzzled because I didn't see any pillows on Leaf's chest. Then I did a regular Google Search and wasn't really clear on the meaning, so my curious self decided to do a Google Image Search... >.< Then I got the meaning (and later on, when I went back a page, I learned some more...um...'elaborate' definitions/synonyms for the term. XD). Still, Leaf's...'chest-pillows' do seem quite nice. :cer_love:
Regardless, Blue's fashion sense is why she's probably one of my favorite protagonists.
I agree; Leaf does have great fashion sense :cer_nod: - I'd like to see her with modern artwork of that black dress outfit that she 'wore' in the RBY days. Or better yet, an actual anime/animated appearance for once in one of her well-known outfits... I really don't know why she keeps getting shafted in terms of game/anime appearances...even a "movie opening animation" cameo would be nice.
^Also, I think you're the first person I know who refers to "the female protagonist of FireRed/LeafGreen Versions" as Blue (and I instinctively thought of 'Gary'/"the rival of FireRed/LeafGreen" before realizing Leaf's 'name flip' thing in Japanese :cer_laugh: @_@). Still waiting on her official name, Game Freak (so this Blue/Green madness can be put to rest)!
Your remix of "Sol Sanctum" (or "Elemental Stars"; I'm starting to get confused because apparently 'Sol Sanctum' can refer to this song OR this song... :cer_laugh: :cer_confused was simply sublime; it's a prime example of how the RSE soundfont sounds underwater-ish IMO. Chills down my spine indeed, and I agree with a lot of what SCTE3 said on NewGrounds. :cer_nod:
Also, I just realized that you have a rotating/cycling signature... :cer_laugh: I thought you just changed your signature image frequently, because I've seen roughly 3 different signature images from you in the span of a few days. XD I really love this image, though. Squishy Jigglypuff pillow? bag? is quite cute (reminds me of flattening the Super Smash Bros. Jigglypuff when it taunts XD). Yellow is adorable, and Leaf looks great as well - simply astounding fanart. :3 I can't tell if Leaf is willingly being playful or if she's startled by Yellow, though. :<
You take requests??! :D Hmm...I don't have any ideas at the moment; but I'll keep that in mind for the future.
Oh thank goodness! *sigh of relief* It's so hard browsing and being limited to only hearing FRLG and RSE songs and remixes on YouTube...the songs of HGSS, DPPt, and BW just call to me.
I accidentally heard the beginning of HGSS's Champion Battle Theme one time when I was searching for that unused Lugia vs. Ho-oh battle from the first Master of Illusions trailer, and I keep on anticipating what the full version will sound like. The most I've heard in recent memory of it is the portion in SSB Melee's GSC Battle Theme Medley. I'm thinking I might have somehow downloaded a remix of it when I went on a Newgrounds Pokemon music downloading spree some years ago, but now I essentially have no memory of the full version.
Also, the Dialga/Palkia Battle Theme remix in SSB Brawl (the only actual DPPt track I've intentionally listened to as of now) is simply amazing, so I'm really looking forward to Sinnoh's music because of that, particularly the battle themes of Giratina and Arceus. Heck, I'm looking forward to ALL of the post-Gen 3 battle music. But yeah, I'd hate to see the Dialga/Palkia battle theme become subpar when I actually listen to it in Platinum someday... You have renewed my hope; tyvm. :']
Yellow Version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFGCRxmqMkA
(I associate this with Yellow Version due to Yellow Version's unique take on the Red/Blue/Green Pokemon journey. Plus, the proposed battle system that complements that song is unique to Yellow so far...)
(For some reason, I think of electricity when this song plays. Probably because of the main instrument used. But hey, a little Pikachu is in the video, and the song is Kanto-related! XD)
EDIT: OMG cool! Your current number of VMs equals the current number of existing Pokemon! (Generations 1-5 inclusive)
