Hahaha; very well! I've read up on the thread more, and I'm confused; can we begin with more than one PokeSpirit, or are we restricted to just one?

Dratini and Dragonair, Vulpix and Ninetales are some of my favorites too. :3 I don't typically go for Normal types...except for Minccino.

Yussss. I'm not sure whether it's good or not that there are so few Ghost types, heh.

Alright. I'll do so soon. :P *Coughs* I totally don't have alts and don't game anywhere near as much as I used to. |D

You can definitely try to join! This is the roleplay where one of my characters ate someone. There are a bunch of pokemon with the ability to just gobble someone up including the Gulpin line, Eelektross, Cofagrigus.

...And any pokemon with the move Mimic or Copycat or whatever that has met one of the above. xD

I'm pretty fond of gardevoir too. Jigglypuff. Clefairy. Pre-Dragonite dratini line. Skitty... Seel. Vulpix. Audino. Petilil. |D As far as cuteness goes anyway.

I tend to fangirl over ghost and dragon types over cute pokemon though. :P

I'd rather use Steam, if I can help it. xD Just sent a friend invite, even though you were apparently last online 120 days ago. d: (I'm H383 (Queen of Mermaids))

Ahhh, that sounds great! I can has try to join? :3

I haven't really thought of much backstory for Nemo's Pokemon, heh. Cassie the Absol has a kind of Samurai Honor code about her, though, which I adore.

Well...Mismagius? d: Haha, I have a fair few. Absol, Gardevoir's line, uhh, it's hard to remember when put on the spot, heh. What about you?

Skype would probably be the most stable, but I also have Steam. |D You should be able to find my Steam in the contact info tab on my profile~

And yes. A gijinka, basically, only with a ton of backstory behind it. |D It's freeform, even moreso than PTA. However, characters have more power than in PTA. You're not a humble new trainer going to school. You play a pokespirit wielder, and by virtue of your gift from Arceus you are the single most powerful force on the planet. The only thing standing in your way is other pokespirit wielders.

And yeah. That buneary has a bit of a history. It's not exactly... normal as far as buneary go. (Normally, buneary's entire species line is characterized by cowardice and an emphasis on speed.)

Who are your favorite pokemon, besides Misdreavous? I'm curious because Olivia doesn't have a full team even, and I could always use new ideas. |D

Well, I only have Steam on this laptop. :x I could install a new one, though.

My illusions of Fallout-ness have been shattered. d: You essentially play as Gijinka? ...that is great and lovely and I loves them. :3 Is it freeform, or is there a plot to follow?

O_O Bad, bad Buneary. I've actually found Bunearies quite creepy, to be honest. :s

I don't know if you have any of them, but I have a couple of Instant Messengers if you'd like to get in contact off PC—Just a thought~

Valorie actually isn't in Pokemon Fallout as of yet, which is actually /very/ misleading as it has absolutely nothing to do with the Fallout series. It's actually an original concept taking place in the Pokemon universe. It has a rather large backstory starting not all that long after Pokemon BW2 and ending a good 100 years or so later.

The basics of the story are that a group of science-types kept on following N's ideals after the events of BW1 and worked on researching a way to destroy the bond between pokemon and humans in secret under the guise of trying to understand that bond better. After quite a long time studying and working (See: not all that long after BW2) they finally succeeded via creating a memetic virus that attacked and destroyed a pokemon's ability to form bonds with humans.

This caused pokemon to stop listening to humans and become either disinterested with them or flat out see them as rather easy snacks, which basically crippled humanity's ability to do anything because they relied on pokemon for everything from heavy lifting to generating electricity to medicine. The most extreme result was the complete and utter lack of any meat however. Without pokemon to hunt with, humans proved more or less incapable of hunting Pokemon and suddenly didn't have enough food to feed a great deal of the population.

At about this point, society just... starts collapsing as people die and other people resort to committing crimes such as thievery and murder to get what they needed to survive. Gangs formed as governments completely lost control and humans died en masse. Not a great deal of time after the virus had spread and infected most of the pokemon on 'earth' Arceus realized humans had royally screwed up his stuff and got pissed, completely removing Pokemon from the face of the earth altogether.

Humanity continued it's downward spiral into a morally corrupt, depraved wasteland full of thieves, murders, and eventually cannibals until about a hundred years later Arceus finally decided to have some mercy and brought Pokemon back to the humans in a new form that would be immune to the virus. (Which is still around, as it's memetic in nature.)

This new form was in the form of an ethereal soul that could fuse with children between the ages of 10 and 13, granting them some physical features of the pokemon in question and all of their powers. (I usually say that humans wielding pokemon spirits look around 70% human at least.)

But yeah. That's the basic setting, or at least the summarized version. The full story is in the plot spoiler on it's OOC page. |D Pokemon Fallout is probably the darkest roleplay on the roleplay corner. Fair warning. ||D

Olivia's Piplup is just that kind of pokemon, sort of like how her buneary doesn't like taking orders and is overly aggressive. It actually attacked Olivia earlier in the day with a hyper voice that left her temporarily deaf in the middle of class.

That tag doesn't work in visitor messages? Well look at me, making a fool out of myself. |D

Huh. Is one of those the Pokemon: Fallout Roleplay? I seem to recall it being mentioned that you blew up a city in that. d: I should check out what that Roleplay looks like, if it's anything like the Fallout games...but the name's probably misleading.

Ha; that sounds like a rather interesting battle. xD What made that Piplup go all badass like that?

Not in Visitor Messages! *shiftier eyes*

    *Flails* You're too kind... >///<;

...Valorie's history was actually crafted throughout about 4 different roleplays, PTA being the first chronologically. Originally speaking, she was created for PTA, however after putting her in several more roleplays I had the bright idea to arrange them chronologically in regards to what makes sense and canonize them as part of her history. They're roleplayed out in great detail for the most part, though certain parts are unfinished.

About that story. Olivia's Piplup once battled against a zorua in a battlefield full of large rocky formations. It proceeded to go full-rambo by launching a signal beam that scared the zorua into hiding behind the rocky formations. Not being content to be denied it's prize however it proceeded to brick break it's way through what must've been somewhere between 1-2 feet of rock to get to the zorua before knocking it silly almost simultaneously.

And that's why this image exists: http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/259/rambopiplup.png

Oh by the way. You can use the [html] tag to post CSS code as raw code. *Shifty eyes*

See, that's just encouragement for me to do it more! ..cutie. ;P

Oh my; will any of that be documented anywhere, like in a short story, or is it just some musings you had in mind for the character? I always plan to do the former for my characters, but it ends up being the later. :x

I'd be interested to hear it! Or, Olivia could tell Nemo IC.

I thoroughly enjoy giving credit where it's due. ;3

...Alas, my inner 13 year old boy acts up around other girls, so I have the tendency to freak pokeballs and swoon a little when flirted with. ||P I—...I may also sneeze up butterflies that have managed to appear in my belly.

Ah... Valorie has an extremely long and hard life ahead of her that will push her over the brink of death and then drag her back against her will. Through this however she will in fact eventually find her hidden strength and use it to conquer a currently unnamed region's Pokemon League, fulfilling her previously broken dreams and possibly even mending her broken heart.

    It's quite the adventure.

That being said, she definitely won't come anywhere remotely close to that during her time at PTA, though school does play an important roll in her overall life.

And ah! Someoen was saying something about it not working for them. Glad to hear it wasn't you. |D Regardless, props for not spoiling the surprise for yourself. There's a slightly neat story I should tell you about one of Olivia's pokemon after they're revealed to you.
