Well, we could, but there's ample possibility that the thread owners may want them open again someday. Unlikely, but possible. Anud if we were to "hide" them then I think it screws stuff up if you are to un-"hide" them. So for now anyway it'll be left as-is. Perhaps enough hacks may eventually qualify, so that the locked threads are pushed down a page or two.
Again, that's unlikely, but it's possible. :3

I have a question/suggestion for the hacks showcase. Could you please hide all the locked threads? There are more locked than open in that sub-forum, first page especially.
