I'm doing the not-so-fun reading, having to read textbooks. xD
New Leaf is my first AC game too, and I got it because of all the hype that surrounded it before it was released. It's pretty fun.. kinda addicting at some points. It also gets repetitive though. It's one of those games where you can't really spend hours on. It's like you have to play for an hour and put it down for a bit. There's lots to do, but everything takes time to complete. What's good about it is that there's always daily things for you to do. I haven't been able to play since Saturday because I've been busy with school and stuff, but yeah. You should definitely try it if you can afford to get the game. :D I'm saving up for Pokémon and Pikmin now, and with the Xbox One and PS4 coming out later this year, I'm not sure how I'm not gonna end up bankrupt lmao.
I've been wanting to read more myself, though not cause I have school, just for fun. Yes I've heard of New Leaf, it seems like fun and I've been wanting to get it. It would be my first Animal Crossing game too.
Up so late? I think I remember you telling me how you went to sleep really late. xD
I just started another summer semester yesterday, so I've been busy reading and studying (and it's just the beginning >.<) lol. Other than that, I've been playing Animal Crossing a lot. Have you heard of the new one?
To each of their own then.
Yeah just a good amount of info is good enough for me, but I wish they would stop being so secretive with info. I'm thinking will get more in the summer and closer to the release date.
Don't get me wrong, some of the fifth generation Pokémon are super cool, and I liked how they incorporated previous generation Pokémon in Black and White 2, but I just didn't like the designs as a whole, nor was I a fan of the region, either.
We definitely don't need too much information, but they're moving at a snail's pace. xD I only checked Serebii for info on B/W 1 & 2 when they were released in Japan, but I never did once click on a Japanese gameplay video. I really held myself back. :p
Did you see the new Nintendo Direct for April? Lots of cool new info and games coming out! Can't wait!
So you're from the EST zone then? For some reason I thought you were British.
I agree with Mewtwo not really needing a new form. Though I honestly loved a lot of Gen V Pokemon. I didn't at first but they grew on me. To each of their own I guess. The games were amazing though, I can agree with you there. There's some interesting X and Y Pokemon so far imo.
Yeah just a picture is fine enough for me. And yeah too much info takes away the surprise of experiencing the game yourself. I couldn't avoid info on BW1 and 2 and it did ruin them for me a bit, but i still loved them. I'm hoping to avoid as much info as I can for X and Y.
That's probably because I leave for school at 7 AM EST most of the time. xD
Honestly, Mewtwo didn't need a new form lol, it was awesome just the way it was, but you have to give them some credit because it must be hard to make new Pokémon that everyone will like. Generation 5 brought us some terrible designs and Pokémon overall, imo, so yeah. I liked the whole story behind both B/W 1 & 2, but the Pokémon designs were horrendous lol. Hopefully that'll change in X & Y.
I just want to see a region map! I don't care if it has any information on it! I just want to see a picture.
I guess it's better if they don't release too much so it all comes as a surprise and so we can enjoy it more. For B/W 1 & 2, I was brave enough to not check out any Japanese gameplays before the games were released for North America, but I wasn't courageous enough to not check Serebii still. lmao xD
