    Oh sorry, I saw your VM yesterday put it off for a bit and then completely forgot: my apologies :P

    Anyway, we didn't feel as if your introduction was up to the standards. If you could expand on things such as what you want the future of the team to be/ the skill levels of people you're looking for (Are you taking on anybody or just the cream of the crop? etc) rather than explaining things like the name then it will probably be accepted.
